Simple Solutions Lower Hose Kit for 4.6L Ford. This lower hose kit is designed to reroute the lower hose when installing the water neck oil filter delete. This hose kit also allows you to run an aluminum aftermarket radiator and eliminate the overflow jug. If required to run factory plastic radiator, please check out our other lower hose kit. This kit also includes 4 new worm clamps.
