The Brian’s Machine Shop (BMS) 14″ Full Wheel Plates built to turn weak 14″ wheels into derby-ready tanks. Full wheel beatdown plates cut from 3/16″ thick steel and designed to reinforce the entire wheel face, helping prevent folding, tearing, and wheel failure under extreme impacts.
Sold as a pair. Plates gets welded on and shaped to wheel for a tight, custom fit. Once installed, they dramatically increase wheel strength and longevity, making them a must-have upgrade for serious demo derby competition.

Installation Instructions:
- Clean the welding area of the wheel thoroughly.
- Remove all paint, debris, and grease from the surface.
- Center the plate on the wheel.
- Begin tacking the plate in place to set final positioning.
- Beat panels and shape the plate to conform to the wheel.
- Fully weld for final fitment and strength.
