This kit includes a new tapered bottom bushing, designed to properly locate and support the steering shaft while allowing the shock-absorbing spring system to do its job. Your existing bottom bushing is reused as the spring bushing, keeping the setup simple and cost-effective while maintaining correct fitment.
â ď¸ IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE:
DO NOT over-tighten the set screws. Over-tightening can damage bushings and reduce the effectiveness of the shock-absorbing system.
