The Brian’s Machine Shop (BMS) 15″ Full Wheel Plates are designed to reinforce and strengthen 15″ demolition-derby wheels, helping you take a soft or thin rim and turn it into a wheel that can survive heavy hits. Made from 3/16″ thick steel, these plates weld directly onto your wheel and are designed to be beat down and formed to the shape of your rim.
Once welded and formed, these full wheel plates add strength, reduce flex, and help prevent rim failure during aggressive derby action. Sold as a pair, they’re ideal for builders looking to upgrade wheel strength without replacing rims entirely.
